I’ve always been a coach. Even before I became a coach I was thinking about wanting to be a coach. The truth is I thought about coaching when I was a kid - constantly.
I wanted to be a hockey coach starting when I was somewhere around 10 or 11 years old. I achieved that dream. I spent 16 years coaching hockey - college, then pro – and when I was a hockey coach I thought I was put on this planet to be a hockey coach. But my journey has resulted in new adventures.
Today I mainly coach corporate executives because I’m a good fit for people that want to create a meaningful experience for their people and win at the same time. I also work with athletes because it turns out that although I have no sports psych background I am equipped to help people become more mentally tough, something most athletes are looking for.
I coach myself too. This is something that I think more life coaches and corporate coaches should openly communicate to the people that they work with. I believe a great coach is helping the people they work with become their own best coach. Best way for me to do that is to live it myself.
Every part of this website is about coaching. I assume that you are here because you’re interested in coaching. Help yourself to every piece of content you find here and use it any way that you’d like; take what you need to help yourself or the people you lead and coach. If I can be of help, all you need to do is let me know!
Enjoy.
